Marumi Digital High Grade filters and close up lenses are specially designed not to interfere with camera CCD´s and CMOS sensors. They are designed for use with Digital SLR cameras. Each filter has a special ultra-low reflection coating coupled with a black outer filter edge which significantly reduces glare, ghost imaging and over exposure.
The Marumi DHG Star Effect filter generates a definite star effect on highlights and is a very useful accessory for producing creative effects. The star effect may be manipulated and adjusted by rotating the filter mount.
